Terms of Use (EULA)
The agreement that governs your use of Solonomo, including auto-renewable subscriptions.
Acceptance of these terms
By creating an account or using Solonomo you agree to this End User License Agreement (EULA). If you do not agree, do not use the app. Solonomo is a travel community operated by Solonomo. You must be at least 18 years old to use Solonomo.
Your account
You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Do not impersonate others, harass members, post unlawful content, or attempt to defeat our safety systems. We may suspend or remove accounts that violate these terms.
Passes, subscriptions and auto-renewal
Solonomo offers four optional ways to unlock the same Pro features: • 7-day Trip Pass — non-renewing access for seven days. • Monthly — an auto-renewing one-month subscription. • 3-month Trip Pass — non-renewing access for three months. • Annual — an auto-renewing one-year subscription. Prices are shown in the app in your local currency before purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple App Store or Google Play account at confirmation. The Monthly and Annual subscriptions automatically renew for the same period unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before that period ends. The 7-day and 3-month Trip Passes do not renew.
Managing or cancelling a subscription
You can manage or cancel a subscription, and turn off auto-renewal, in your App Store account settings (iOS) or Google Play subscriptions (Android) after purchase. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. Any unused portion of a free trial, where offered, is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
Refunds
Purchases are processed by Apple or Google and are subject to their refund policies. Requests for refunds must be directed to the App Store or Google Play; Solonomo cannot issue refunds for store-processed purchases.
User content
You retain ownership of content you post. You grant Solonomo a licence to host, display and distribute that content within the service so the app can function. You are responsible for the content you share and must have the rights to it.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
Solonomo is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Solonomo is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms; material changes will be surfaced in the app. Questions about this EULA can be sent to support@solonomo.app.
